241,492 COVID-19 VACCINE REGISTRATIONS VIA MYSEJAHTERA AS OF MARCH 15 - MASIDI

KOTA KINABALU: A total of 241,492 individuals in Sabah has registered for Covid-19 immunisation via MySejahtera as of March 15, said Sabah Covid-19 spokesperson Datuk Masidi Manjun.


He however mentioned that the number of manual registrations have yet to be known.



“The Sabah State Health Department encourages the public to register as vaccines recipient online or via MySejahtera app,” he told reporters during a virtual press conference today.


According to Masidi who is also Local Government and Housing Minister, a total of 28,445 individuals have received the first dose of Covid-19 jabs as of today, which is 67.5 per cent of the cumulative total of frontliners across Sabah.


He also disclosed that a total of 470 reports on side effects of Covid-19 jabs were received by The Sabah State Health Department as of today.


He said the reports made through the MySejahtera application, the website of National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) and the Pharmacy Information System (PhIS).


“Most of them reported experiencing only minor and non-threatening side effects only,” he said.
