KOTA KINABALU: The Kota Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK) will reopen its payment counter from 8 am to 3 pm starting tomorrow (Jan 7).

Mayor Noorliza Awang Alip in her statement today said the counter involved - at Damai Multipurpose Hall and Centre Point - will operate every Monday to Friday, except for public holiday.

She added that both of the counters are an addition to the ones that have started operating previously, which are at DBKK Headquarters and UTC Transformation Centre.

Apart from the payment counters, the public can opt for its e-services to check their bills or make online payment through its website https://eservices.dbkk.sabah.gov.my, or download DBKK e-cukai or Sabah Pay apps on Playstore or Appstore.

Members of the public who wish to meet DBKK staff for any matter are advised to comply with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to curb the spread of Covid-19.

"Those who fail to adhere to the SOP may face charges under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 (Act 342)," she stated.
