Dr. Joachim Represents Chief Minister at Madani Hari Raya Celebration in Lahad Datu

LAHAD DATU: Deputy Chief Minister II and Minister of Local Government and Housing, Datuk Seri Dr. Joachim Gunsalam, represented the Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor, at the Madani Hari Raya Celebration held at the Lahad Datu Community Hall.

During the event, Dr. Joachim also presented the Madani Unity Aidilfitri Contributions from ESSCOM to 50 recipients, comprising orphans, persons with disabilities (OKU), and the underprivileged.

He extended his Hari Raya Aidilfitri greetings to all residents of Lahad Datu present, and also expressed appreciation and congratulations to ESSCOM, the Lahad Datu District Office, Lahad Datu Prison Department, and all government departments and agencies from both the State and Federal Governments who contributed to the success of the programme, as well as those who participated in enlivening the celebration.

Also present were Deputy Secretary General (Security), Dato’ Haji Abdul Halim Haji Abdul Rahman; Deputy Commander of Eastern Sabah Security Command (ESSCOM), Brigadier General Ismail Kamarudin; Lahad Datu District Officer, Firuz Idzualdeen @ Benetty Mohd. Dzul; ESSCOM Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Dr. Jamaluddin Mohd. Ali; and Commander of the Eastern Command (KEC), DCP Datuk Victor Sanjos.
