Ewon visits six villages in Kadamaian

KOTA BELUD: To conclude the end of year 2022, Entrepreneur Development and Cooperative Minister Datuk Ewon Benedick paid a visit to six villages in the Kadamaian constituency.


The Kadamaian Assemblyman visited Kg Sumbilingon, Kg Tamu Darat, Kg Lingkubang, Kg Melangkap, Kg Tambatuon and Kg Kiau.


In Kg Sumbilingon, Ewon delivered aid and donations in the form of food to flood victims for three villages namely Kg Pangi, Kg Pompod and Kg Pahu.


He also visited to a family whose mother passed away at Kg Tamu Darat before continuing the programme at Kg Lingkubang.


Ewon then visited Kg Melangkap to inspect the damaged river bank and suspension bridge.


Meanwhile, in Kg Tambatuon, he inspected the damaged roads and agricultural roads as well as the main road repair works in Kg Kiau.


Ewon said that despite being busy as a federal minister and Penampang MP, the needs of the Kadamaian people will never neglected.


"As I stated before, I will always “go down the field” (turun padang) in Penampang and Kadamaian areas in addition to focusing on the development of entrepreneurs and cooperatives throughout the country," he said.
