Handover of Donations for Community Project

PENAMPANG: Datuk Ewon Benedick, Member of Parliament for Penampang, made a contribution to Hiu Kok Chian, the representative of the Jalan Chau Kobusak residents, to support a community project aimed at improving drainage and preventing flooding in the area.

The initiative includes a cleaning and drainage channel construction project designed to ensure smooth water flow during rainy seasons. Ewon was represented at the handover ceremony by Jennifer Toyou, Officer of the Public Services Centre for Penampang Parliament.

In another significant event, Datuk Ewon Benedick presented donations to Rachel Blasius Golingi, representative of the Parents Teachers Association (PTA) of SK Moyog. The contribution is earmarked for a field trip for Year 6 students from SK Moyog, scheduled for December 14. Ewon was represented at the handover ceremony by Alvin Lee, Officer of the Public Services Centre of Penampang Parliament.
