KUALA LUMPUR: I-Berhad has officially unveiled WynSnow, a 24,500 square-foot snow-themed attraction located on the 48th floor of Wyndham Suites KLCC. This facility aims to provide not only leisure activities but also a new framework for corporate learning and engagement in Malaysia's most iconic city centre.
While primarily designed as a leisure destination for families and tourists, WynSnow’s unique sub-zero environment and advanced immersive features are increasingly being recognised for their potential to transform corporate training and team-building programmes.
During a preview of the facility, Datuk Azman Mohd Yusof, Secretary General of the Ministry of Human Resources, commended WynSnow as a vision of the future of professional development.
“This is how we can begin to think about the future of training—it will no longer be confined to classrooms,” he stated.
“With a differentiated environment, combined with new technology, we can adopt a very different and effective approach. It’s a sound strategy to attract individuals to engage in new and stimulating ways of learning,” he added.
WynSnow comprises two main wings: a real-snow play zone for interactive activities and a versatile function space ideal for corporate workshops, leadership retreats, or creative brainstorming sessions. The venue’s tech-enabled features include 3D snowfall illusions and glacial floor effects, cultivating an environment where learning is both immersive and impactful.
“We can tailor the programmes to various levels of management—from senior to middle management and operational teams. Facilities such as this can accelerate learning by connecting participants with the skills they require through more dynamic and engaging formats,” he noted.
He also highlighted the significance of public-private collaboration in supporting Malaysia’s ambition to become a high-income economy.
“The government establishes policies and sets benchmarks for best practices globally, but it is the private sector that carries out the execution. Attractions like WynSnow demonstrate how private entities can take the lead in innovation, while the public sector ensures alignment with national priorities,” he commented.
