MR D.I.Y. Partners with Lark to Redefine Retail Innovation

KUALA LUMPUR: Lark, the all-in-one productivity platform trusted by leading homegrown brands in Southeast Asia, is proud to announce its partnership with prominent home improvement retailer MR D.I.Y. This collaboration aims to support MR D.I.Y.'s international expansion through digital transformation.
Dedicated to offering high-quality products at affordable prices to everyday consumers in Malaysia, MR D.I.Y. has made impressive strides in the international market, with stores in 13 countries and over 4,600 locations across Asia and Europe.
As part of this partnership, Lark's productivity tools will be deployed to 40,000 MR D.I.Y. employees across three markets—Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand—serving as the central productivity platform that connects all physical stores.
Lark will become the primary platform for the retailer, enabling easy access to information and facilitating the completion of daily and weekly audit checklists through Lark Base. Lark Moments will enhance company culture, while Lark Wiki will function as a central repository for standard operating procedures.
