National Unduk Ngadau Kaamatan Brings Hope and Joy to Bukit Harapan Community

KOTA KINABALU: The National Unduk Ngadau Kaamatan (UNK) successfully concluded its final Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative for 2024 earlier today at Bukit Harapan Therapy Community in Inanam.
As part of their year-end Top 7 Activities, this initiative was designed to support Bukit Harapan’s mission of providing care and education for individuals with special needs, persons with disabilities, and single women.
This meaningful event was made possible through the collaborative efforts of various individuals and organisations.
The day was filled with engaging activities for the residents, along with the distribution of essential supplies and vibrant cultural performances by the National UNK winners.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Datuk Joseph Paulus Lantip, along with KDCA Treasurer General Datuk Joanna Datuk Kitingan and KDCA Women’s Council National UNK Chairperson, Datin Angela Kok.
Their contributions, along with those from Datuk Ts. Mustapha Sakmud, Chairperson of UNK Inanam and Karambunai, significantly enhanced the occasion.
Present as well were members of the KDCA Women’s Council HQ and Inanam Committees, representatives from KDCA Johor, the UNK National Organising Committee, the UNK 2024 National Top 7 winners, and carollers from KKD Tebobon, who brought festive cheer to the celebration.
The National UNK 2024 Official Healthcare Partner, Duopharma Healthcare, provided Flavettes Glow Vitamins C, while H3ROS 4x4 Wheel Club offered transportation services for the CSR event. Happy Place Restaurant Bar generously provided lunch for attendees.
This initiative reaffirms UNK's commitment to fostering unity and supporting impactful social and cultural causes in Sabah.
