Political collaboration between PBS and STAR for the upcoming election

PENAMPANG: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) and Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku (STAR) are embarking on a strategy to secure significant wins in the upcoming state election through their collaboration.

In their second Joint Leadership Council (JLC) meeting today at the STAR headquarters, the leaders emphasised the importance of ramping up preparations for the state election and determining the specific seats they will contest.

Key discussions centered on enhancing grassroots collaboration at the divisional level and establishing effective election machinery.

PBS Acting President Datuk Seri Dr. Joachim Gunsalam and STAR President Datuk Seri Dr. Jeffrey Kitingan expressed confidence that their partnership would position them as a formidable force in the political landscape.

The JLC also unanimously agreed to develop a joint manifesto that encapsulates the shared vision of both PBS and STAR, complementing the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) manifesto.

PBS and STAR reiterated their commitment to ensuring that their collaboration leads to a resounding victory for GRS in the state election.
