RMCO: 90 PCT CIVIL SERVANTS BACK TO OFFICE STARTING MARCH 9

KOTA KINABALU: Ninety per cent of civil servants in Sabah will return to office starting tomorrow following the implementation of the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) while the rest of the number can work from home.
Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun said those who opt to work from home must get approval from their chiefs of organisations.
"All chiefs of organisation must ensure that 90 per cent of civil servants are present in the workplace while 10 per cent are allowed to work from home.
"The Sabah government once again reminds all civil servants to comply with the existing regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as issued by the Health Ministry and the authorities," he said in a statement.
Meanwhile. Masidi who is also the Covid-19 spokesperson for Sabah mentioned that a total of 2,520 individuals have received their first dose of vaccination today, bringing the cumulative total to 12,049 people.
