The event in Sabah will unfold in three parts: a conference at Magellan Sutera Harbour from 24 to 26 June, followed by the Wellness & Lifestyle Expo at SICC from 27 to 29 June, and concluding with a retreat from 1 to 3 July. The conference will kick off with keynote presentations and discussions centred on Sustainable Wholistic Wellness Tourism, aligned with the framework of the 10 Wholistic Wellness Pillars.

The Wellness & Lifestyle Expo will offer businesses a vibrant platform to showcase wellness-driven products and services, including mental health consultations, holistic therapy programmes, fitness equipment, and eco-friendly solutions. This expo will attract a passionate audience, eager to engage with innovative wellness offerings.

The culminating retreat from 1 to 3 July will allow attendees to relax and reconnect with nature. An immersive programme will include Fragrant Qi-Gong sessions, mindfulness workshops, and healthy feasts featuring local cuisine. This retreat is crafted for those seeking a restorative experience in Sabah.

Datuk Seri Panglima Christina Liew, the Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Environment in Sabah, highlighted the region's rich biodiversity as an ideal backdrop for the conference. "SWWICE 2025 aligns with our vision of promoting sustainable tourism and well-being, and we look forward to welcoming attendees worldwide," she said. Liew also noted Sabah's potential as a hub for medical tourism, emphasising its world-class healthcare paired with picturesque natural landscapes.

SWWICE 2025 will extend its reach beyond Sabah, hosting an edition in Munich, Germany, from 10 to 11 May 2025, followed by a Wellness Day trip to Bad Hindelang on 12 May. This segment will focus on Sustainable Wholistic Wellness in the Workplace, promoting application of the 10 Wholistic Wellness Pillars to create balanced work environments. The aim is to equip companies with strategies to enhance employee well-being, fostering productive and engaged teams.

Renowned speakers, including medical practitioners and wellness entrepreneurs, will share insights on modern trends and traditional approaches to achieve Sustainable Wholistic Wellness.

The SWWICE initiative, founded by advocates Dr. Jes TY Lim and Cleopatra Lajawai, is dedicated to promoting integrative, holistic, and sustainable health approaches across various life domains, including tourism and workplaces.

Interactive sessions at SWWICE 2025 in Sabah will feature masterclasses, panel discussions, Q&A sessions, and live demonstrations on topics relevant to the 10 Wholistic Wellness Pillars, covering areas like soul journeys, mental transformation, AI-driven health innovations, and sustainable living environments. In Germany, similar sessions will address themes such as leading with empathy and nutritional strategies for performance enhancement.

Delegates can experience the unique cultural and wellness offerings of both Sabah and Germany, reflecting SWWICE's commitment to bridging Eastern and Western approaches to holistic wellness.

Participants will have access to an extensive exhibition featuring wellness products, services, and technologies, with numerous networking opportunities to connect with global wellness advocates and industry leaders.
